I did it! I made pickled magnolia petals and they came out pretty tasty. Think I definitely needed less salt but it was surprisingly super simple. They are just refrigerator pickles but they are supposed to keep for up to year. What a fun use for all the magnolia petals that are EVERYWHERE in my neck of the woods. Unfortunately I did drop the ball on my daily posts yesterday but I'm not going to let it phase me and I'm going pick up right where I left off and just try to do better.
